Common Questions
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, tap the app, and choose Cancel. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund.
How do I delete my account or data?
Apps with accounts (Olive, Clarity, Persue Bible, Persue Prayer, Pilgrim) include a Delete Account option in Settings → Account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is removed and when.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
