What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Max?

Free: core tasks, projects, areas, notes, habits, daily plan
Pro ($4.99/mo or $39/yr): AI features (Ask Claude, Brain Dump, summarization, task parsing)
Max ($12.99/mo or $99/yr): everything in Pro plus higher AI usage limits and meeting transcription

I deleted a task by accident. Can I restore it?

Yes. Open the Trash in the sidebar. Tap the item, then "Restore". Items are kept in Trash for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Brain Dump isn't parsing my text correctly.

Brain Dump is best for short batches of items, one per line. Long paragraphs may produce fewer tasks than expected. Email us examples that didn't parse well so we can improve the prompt.

My data didn't sync to my other device.

Confirm both devices are signed into the same account (Settings → Account). Pull-to-refresh on Today. If sync icon stays gray for several minutes, force-quit and relaunch the app.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Export. Generates a JSON file you can save or share.

How do I cancel Pro or Max?

iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Clarity → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete Account. Removes your data from our backend within 30 days.
