Regen Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Everlight Digital ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Regen recovery dashboard ("Regen") on iPhone and Apple Watch.

Information We Collect

Health data: If you grant HealthKit permission, Regen reads heart-rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), sleep, active energy, workout history, body mass, and related metrics from Apple Health. Health data is processed entirely on-device. Regen does not transmit your health data to our servers.
Check-in data: Self-reported morning check-ins, session-feel ratings, and notes you enter.
Settings: Unit preferences, dashboard configuration, and notification preferences stored locally.
Device data: Device model, iOS version, watchOS version, app version, and crash logs.

How We Use Information

To compute your recovery score, training load, baseline, and freshness
To display dashboards, charts, and history
To send the notifications you have enabled
To diagnose crashes and improve the app

How We Share Information

Apple HealthKit — read access only, on-device, controlled by you in iOS Settings > Health
Apple (App Store, push notifications)

Regen has no backend account system. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. Your health and check-in data never leave your devices except where Apple Health itself syncs them via your private iCloud.

Children

Regen is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your Rights

You can revoke HealthKit access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy > Health > Regen. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights. Contact bpratt116@gmail.com.

Security

HealthKit data is encrypted by iOS. App data is sandboxed per Apple platform standards.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app.
