Persue Bible Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Everlight Digital ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Persue Bible ("Persue Bible").

Information We Collect

Account information: Email and authentication identifier when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password via Firebase Authentication.
Your content: Reading-plan progress, marked verses, journal entries, sermon notes, memorization data, and reading preferences. This data is stored in your private iCloud (Apple CloudKit) container.
Device data: Device model, iOS version, app version, and crash logs.

How We Use Information

To authenticate you and identify your subscription status
To sync your reading progress and journal across your devices via your private iCloud
To deliver in-app purchases and manage your subscription
To diagnose crashes and improve the app

How We Share Information

Google Firebase (Authentication only) — sign-in identity
Apple (CloudKit, Sign in with Apple, App Store) — your private content sync, auth, delivery
RevenueCat — subscription management

Your Bible reading data, journal entries, and notes are stored in your private iCloud container and are not visible to us. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your Firebase identity from Settings > Account. CloudKit data is controlled by you in your iCloud account.

Your Rights

EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA rights. Contact bpratt116@gmail.com to exercise them.

Security

All network requests use HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in iOS Keychain.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app.
