Which app is this? Pasture is a cattle & livestock tracker for small US family farms. It is a separate product from Shepherd, Everlight's pastoral-care platform for churches (shepherd.everlight-digital.com), which has its own terms. This page covers Pasture only.
These Terms govern your use of Pasture, a cattle-tracking web app operated by Everlight Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using Pasture you agree to them. Questions: brendan@everlight-digital.com.
The Service
Pasture lets you record cattle and farm events and optionally mirror them into your own Google Calendar and Google Sheet. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Use Pasture only for lawful farm record-keeping.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or reverse-engineer the app.
Your Data
You own the farm data you enter. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
No Professional Advice
Pasture is a record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary, financial, or legal advice. Decisions about your animals and business remain yours.
Availability & Changes
Pasture is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Disclaimer & Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasture is provided without warranties of any kind, and Everlight Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Pasture and revoke its Google access at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Everlight Digital operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
